Strength of Humsoma, Herald of Light
Young Adult, Fantasy

Protecting in cycles of two hundred years,

Providing the light when the darkness nears,

Yet one that is chosen must face his fears,

Will he listen to lies whispered into young ears?

As the hero that saved his world from darkness, Jensin had expected his life to turn out differently. Yet it was just filled with school and bullies and guards… at least until strange notes began to appear on his desk and a regular school trip took an unexpected turn.

On his world of pixies, fairies, and sotisimas – the largest and least colorful of the flying inhabitants – Jensin must navigate both high and low. And while he was supposed to be the only essence on Humsoma, the essences from the other planets decided to make a visit as well.

Jensin has some difficult decisions to make that will impact more than just Humsoma. Can he and the other essences uncover truths, make things right, and somehow manage to bring about a happy ending?
